  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Please contact us at support@kutumbhkam.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for products that are defective or damaged.

  • The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order are non-returnable unless defective.
